Green Start Management Consultant is hiring for Business Development Associate - Neo Avrio, Gurgaon About the Company: Neo Avrio is a market entry and expansion consultancy that helps international businesses, particularly SaaS and B2B companies, enter and grow in the Indian market. The organisation works at the intersection of data, creativity and commerce, supporting clients with commercially focused insight and market development solutions. Responsibilities: Identify, research and qualify prospective clients across South Asia and target sectors including retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, fashion, interiors, beauty, luxury, hotel and leisure, marketing, and sustainability. Support the Business Development Manager in building and maintaining an accurate, healthy sales pipeline. Conduct targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls and other relevant channels to generate new business opportunities. Assist across the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals and deal closure. Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-sales teams on campaigns and pipeline development. Deliver clear online and in-person product demonstrations and presentations. Build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into tailored proposals. Track market developments and strengthen knowledge of relevant industry verticals to support engaging client conversations. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a client-facing role. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage pipelines and support deal closures. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in presentations. Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
