About the Company Rrayze Business Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support structured financial planning, performance evaluation, and commercial decision-making. The role will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to translate financial information into practical insights and help teams operate with stronger visibility into performance. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve financial models for business planning, forecasting, and decision support. Support the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting cycles, forecast updates, and management reporting. Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior-period performance. Investigate key business drivers, identify trends, and present clear explanations and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and support informed decisions. Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and business reviews. Requirements Relevant experience in financial modelling, AOP, budgeting, variance analysis, and business partnering. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Comfort working independently in a contract-based environment with changing priorities. Advanced spreadsheet and financial reporting skills are expected; experience with business intelligence tools is an advantage. This is a contract engagement based in Sector 49, Gurgaon, Haryana, with a duration of 3 to 6 months. The selected professional will receive an annualized compensation range of ₹4-6 LPA, subject to the agreed contract terms.
