About this role
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and meet performance metrics. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to provide accurate information. Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns and provide tailored support.
