GDS Marketing is actively hiring for the role of Blue Collar Recruiter! Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
