About this role
Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents. Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements. Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internships, placements, and career opportunities. Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals. Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets. Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or relevant tracking system. Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, demos, and other student interactions. Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide accurate information. Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process. Coordinate with the Business Development, Telecalling, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth admissions. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions. Achieve individual and team-based admission and revenue targets. Stay updated about the company's courses, programs, offers, certifications, and industry trends. Requirements: Strong experience in admission counselling, education sales, or student counselling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of the student admission and counselling process. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions. Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
