Job Overview : We are looking for an Accounts & Computer Operator with basic knowledge of computer applications and accounting data entry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with MS Word, MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting/data-entry activities. Key Responsibilities : Perform day-to-day accounting and data-entry activities. Maintain and update records using Tally. Enter and maintain basic accounting and transaction-related data. Prepare and maintain records and reports using MS Excel. Handle basic documentation and office-related work using MS Word. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates. Support the accounts and administrative team with routine computer-based tasks. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems. Required Skills : Graduate in Commerce / B.Com or related discipline. Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting data entry. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Basic knowledge of MS Word. Good typing and data-entry skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Male candidates preferred. Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts, data entry, computer operations, or similar roles.
