Responsibility: Implement, configure, and customize Zoho People based on client requirements. Manage modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Performance, and HR Automation. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions. Create workflows, forms, approvals, and reports within Zoho People. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho People. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience with workflow automation, forms, reports, and customizations. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Knowledge of other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
