Location: Mumbai — Work from Office / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time / Internship Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive YouTube Creator Acquisition, Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Executive – Fresher/Intern to help expand the creator ecosystem across LYKSTAGE and Social Gear. This role is not limited to creator onboarding. You will be involved in creator acquisition, influencer outreach, creator relationship building, brand–creator partnerships, and creator onboarding across our platforms. You will identify relevant YouTubers, influencers and digital creators, approach them, introduce them to LYKSTAGE and Social Gear, build relationships, and help creators become active on our platforms. You will also work with the Social Gear Creator Console, helping creators understand how they can use the platform to participate in influencer marketing and connect with potential brand opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who follows the creator economy closely and wants hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Creator Acquisition and Digital Media. What You Will Be Doing Creator Acquisition & Outreach * Research and identify relevant YouTube creators, influencers and digital creators across different content categories, languages, audience segments and markets. * Build and continuously expand a database of relevant creators. * Identify creators who could be relevant for LYKSTAGE as well as for brand–creator campaigns through Social Gear. * Reach out to creators through email, social media, phone, WhatsApp and other relevant channels. * Introduce LYKSTAGE, Social Gear and their respective creator opportunities in a clear and compelling manner. * Build relationships with creators rather than simply conducting one-time outreach. * Follow up consistently with interested and qualified creators.
