AttainIT Solutions, LLC is hiring for YouTube Content Creator and Video Presenter About the Company AttainIT Solutions, LLC builds EmergencyReach, a secure critical communication platform that helps public safety teams, healthcare providers, schools, businesses, event venues, and families send urgent information through text, voice calls, email, and push notifications. Delivery is tracked centrally, privacy is prioritized, and the platform does not run ads or sell user data. Responsibilities Plan the YouTube content calendar and select product features, setup guides, and real-world safety scenarios to cover. Write clear, accessible scripts; host and film videos; and edit cuts, sound, captions, screen recordings, and simple motion graphics. Create walkthroughs for everyday users and administrators, explain features such as SOS routing, Safety Handshake, voice triggers, and venue geofencing, and cover selected live events. Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails, test creative variants, review YouTube Studio performance, and refine the publishing plan. Collaborate with engineers and the Tech Director to verify technical accuracy before filming while protecting user privacy and obtaining written consent where required. Requirements Strong on-camera presence with a warm, natural, and trustworthy presentation style. Ability to explain technical and safety-related concepts clearly to both non-technical audiences and IT administrators. Experience planning, filming, hosting, and editing YouTube or product education videos, including screen recordings and basic motion graphics. Access to suitable camera, microphone, and editing equipment, plus the ability to deliver consistently at a pace of approximately 3-4 published videos per month.
