Job Description: NullClass is looking for a qualified intern to join our web development team. The intern will work closely with our development team, as well as the design team to assist in the development of the layout and functionality. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of web development. Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist in creating website layout/ user interface by using standard HTML/ CSS practices Assist in integrating data from various back-end services and databases Assist in maintaining, expanding, and scaling sites Collaborate with web designers to match the intent of the visual design Requirements: Basic knowledge of modern HTML/ CSS A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best practices Basic knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming and web application development Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
