About the Company International Visa Services is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Visa Counsellor. We guide clients through the visa application process for study, tourist, visitor, and related visa categories, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from inquiry to visa submission. Responsibilities Counsel clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, visitor visas, spouse visas, and other immigration-related services. Understand clients' educational background, travel history, financial profile, and future goals. Assess eligibility and recommend suitable countries, institutions, or visa options. Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and application procedures clearly. Assist clients in collecting, reviewing, and organizing required documents. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up status updates in the CRM or office system. Coordinate with universities, colleges, embassies, visa application centers, and internal processing teams. Prepare clients for interviews, biometric appointments, and pre-departure formalities when required. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Achieve counselling, conversion, and service targets assigned by the management. Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa rules, and country-specific changes. Ensure ethical practices, transparency, and compliance in all client dealings. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Strong counselling, sales, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, CRM). Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. Good documentation and organizational skills. Positive attitude, confidence, and professional appearance. 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling, study abroad consultancy, travel consultancy, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.
