About the Company IERIX Technology is seeking a dependable professional to support daily operations and assist with communication involving international clients. This remote opportunity is suited to someone who is organized, technology-friendly, and comfortable working independently while following UK time-zone schedules. Responsibilities Support routine administrative and operational activities with accuracy and consistency. Communicate professionally with international clients and internal stakeholders in written and spoken English. Prepare, update, and organize documents, spreadsheets, records, and reports using MS Word and Excel. Use ChatGPT and other AI or productivity tools to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Manage assigned tasks responsibly, meet deadlines, and provide timely updates. Learn new processes quickly and contribute proactively to smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-enabled productivity tools. Ability to work full-time according to UK working hours. A reliable work-from-home setup and the discipline to work independently. An organized, proactive, responsible, and professional approach, with a willingness to learn. Experience: Open to suitable candidates; relevant experience in virtual assistance, remote support, administration, or client coordination is valued. Industry: Business Services and Remote Operations Support. Compensation: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month.
