Responsibilities: Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Analyze project requirements and submit tailored proposals. Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings. Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records. Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirements. Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Proficiency in email marketing. Strong written English communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Familiarity with social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities. Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing. Good research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
