Usability Testing: Conduct thorough usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, continuously optimizing and enhancing the user experience. Collaborative Environment: Thrive in a collaborative and agile environment, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. Eligibility: Relevant degree or equivalent experience, showcasing your passion for UI/UX design and continuous learning. Requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating visually appealing and user-centric designs. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
