Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other sales channels to understand their travel requirements. Recommend relevant domestic and international travel packages based on customer budgets, interests, and timelines. Prepare quotations, explain inclusions, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams and travel partners, and provide timely updates throughout the sales process. Build strong customer relationships and contribute to revenue and conversion targets. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of travel products, destinations, itineraries, and customer needs. Ability to manage multiple leads, follow up consistently, and work toward sales goals. Comfort with basic computer applications and maintaining lead or booking information.
