Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and client leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, packages, and services. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and post-sales support efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel products. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations. Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
