Travel Agent / Consultant at Funstay Services Private Limited

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound travel inquiries and convert them into bookings. Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages. Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales. Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience. Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2C travel sales or holiday package sales. Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to build customer relationships and close sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
