We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle government tenders and contribute to our growth. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of government tender processes. Specialize in handling tenders related to Facility Management, Manpower, Housekeeping, Sanitation, and Solid Waste Management. Focus on securing contracts with Indian Railways, CPWD, and other state/central government departments. Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Stay updated on tender opportunities and government procurement policies. Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role within the Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Waste Management industry. Proven track record in handling government tenders, particularly with Indian Railways, CPWD, and other state/central government departments. Strong understanding of GeM portal operations and tender procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work 6 days a week in an on-site capacity.
