Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven TeleSales Loan Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, and assist them in selecting suitable loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products. Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful loan applications. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely loan processing. Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Required Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements). 0-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
