Responsibilities As a Telesales Executive in Insurance Sales, your primary responsibilities will include: Initiating outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain insurance products and plans. Understanding customer financial protection needs and recommending tailored insurance coverage options. Handling client inquiries, addressing objections effectively, and closing sales over the phone. Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Collaborating with team leaders to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: Freshers are welcome to apply; foundational communication and persuasion abilities are essential. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. High energy, customer-focused mindset, and resilience to excel in an insurance sales environment.
