Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding products and services. Understand customer needs, explain relevant loan offerings, and communicate eligibility, documentation, and process information clearly. Generate qualified leads, follow up consistently, and work toward individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate call records, customer details, follow-up schedules, and status updates in the designated system. Coordinate with verification, operations, and other internal teams to support smooth customer onboarding. Handle customer questions courteously and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Requirements Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, collections, or loan BPO operations may apply. Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Comfort with making frequent customer calls and working toward measurable performance goals. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate records. Professional attitude, resilience, willingness to learn, and dependable follow-through. The position is based in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi, and offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000-25,000.
