Responsibilities of the Candidate: Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers to promote GST Franchisee services. Conduct outbound telecalling and telesales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Explain service offerings, benefits, and business opportunities to prospective clients. Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Create sales presentations and performance reports for management review. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Target-oriented with the ability to achieve sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
