About this role
Roles: We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Center Agent to join Solar team. Language - Hindi + Telugu / Tamil Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant Call Center/BPO experience will be preferred. Fixed Salary, No Target Freshers can apply Responsibility: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries. Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution. Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
