Key Responsibilities: Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to leads from database and handle inbound customer queries. Sales & Conversion: Pitch products/services, explain features, benefits, pricing, and close sales. Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads. Customer Service: Address customer questions, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Database Management: Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and customer information. Follow-ups: Schedule callbacks and follow up with interested prospects until conversion. Feedback: Share customer feedback and market insights with sales/marketing team. Required Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Sales Skills: Negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain product/service details clearly. CRM & MS Office: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Word. Language: Fluency in English + Hindi + Regional language is a plus. Patience & Persuasion: Handle rejections and stay positive. Qualifications: Education: Bcom or Any Graduate preferred. Freshers can apply. Experience: 0-2 years experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service. Skills: Good voice, typing speed, and computer basics. Other Skills: Tally knowledge.
