Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inbound leads generated from Google Ads & Meta Ads Ensure immediate follow-up (low TAT) on all new leads Handle daily high lead volume (100-150+ leads) efficiently Understand customer requirements and provide basic counselling/product explanation over call Schedule product demos/consultations for qualified leads Perform continuous follow-ups to move leads across stages (New → Qualified → R&R → Closure) Manage and nurture leads in R&R (Re-approach & Re-engagement) stage Maintain accurate updates in CRM / lead tracker Coordinate with internal teams for demo scheduling and closures
