About this role
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain MyOnline Vakeel's legal services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services. Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp. Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Coordinate with the legal/service team for customer onboarding. Provide regular sales and follow-up reports. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi and English communication preferred. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality. Target-oriented and willing to learn. Basic computer knowledge. Previous telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage. Freshers are welcome to apply.
