Smaaash Entertainment is hiring for the role of Telesales Executive! About the Company: Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to manage inbound customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries from calls, website leads, and walk-ins. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads. Promote event packages and upsell services. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless booking execution. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Telesales, Reactive Sales, Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Event Sales, Reservations, or Hospitality Sales. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Target-oriented with strong negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems. Candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred.
