About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Make outbound calls to prospective customers/candidates from the provided database. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Explain the company's products, services, or programs effectively. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team when required. Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain engagement. Update customer information and call status in the CRM/system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all interactions. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
