Position Details Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Location: Egmore, Chennai Gender: Female Candidates Only Industry: E-Commerce | B2B Languages: Hindi / Telugu / Kannada - Added advantage Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday & Last Saturday Weekoff Roles & Responsibilities Handle outbound voice calls and telecalling activities. Manage online and print magazine subscriptions, including new subscriptions and renewals. Invite delegates for conferences and conclaves and assist with registrations. Generate leads and promote packages through H2O Bazaar . Use Zoho applications for calling activities, customer management, and reporting. Maintain regular communication with customers and subscribers. Ensure timely delivery of subscribed customer services and deliverables. Track magazine dispatches and follow up with subscribers. Demonstrate willingness to learn new processes and take initiative. Candidate Profile Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada - Value added. Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Candidates with experience in Voice Process, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales are preferred.
