We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who can build meaningful conversations with prospective buyers and contribute to a consistent sales pipeline. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Understand customer requirements, share relevant real estate project information, and schedule site visits or discussions. Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback in the company system. Coordinate with sales and property teams to ensure timely handover of qualified leads. Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets while maintaining professional communication. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role. Interest in real estate and the ability to explain property offerings clearly and confidently. Strong spoken communication, active listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Comfort with regular outbound calling, target-driven work, and maintaining customer information. The role is full-time and in-office in Bangalore, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000.
