About this role
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide solutions. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas. Record customer information and details of interactions accurately in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively and resolve customer issues effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Fluency in English and regional languages as required.
