About this role
Pride Honda is hiring for a Telecalling Executive! Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries. Provide detailed information about vehicles, offers, and services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Record and update customer information in the database. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections and close sales. Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
