Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in a BPO environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and systems. Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
