About the Company: Speedioo is seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about connecting with people and driving results in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and sales activities. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve outcomes. Requirements: 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
