Roles and Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities. Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information and value propositions. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional messaging. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
