The institute connects prospective students with relevant training programs and supports them in choosing learning paths that match their goals. Responsibilities: Contact prospective learners and explain the institute's software training programs, course structure, schedules, and enrollment process. Understand each prospect's career interests and recommend suitable programs. Follow up with leads through phone calls and maintain accurate interaction records. Respond professionally to questions, address basic concerns, and coordinate qualified prospects with the admissions team. Work toward daily and monthly outreach and enrollment goals while maintaining a positive learner experience. Requirements: Open to freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone in a polite and confident manner. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain lead information accurately. Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn about software training programs. Prior telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is helpful but not required. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in KPHB, Hyderabad. The role offers performance-based incentives.
