Location: Dent Eazee, Adyar Employment Type: Full-time, in-clinic role Preferred Candidate: Female Role Overview: We are looking for a Telecalling Associate to manage patient enquiries generated through digital advertising campaigns. The role involves engaging prospective patients, scheduling appointments, providing timely reminders, and conducting post-treatment customer care calls. Key Responsibilities: Contact leads received through digital advertising campaigns. Understand the patient's requirements and provide basic information about relevant dental services. Follow up consistently with leads and encourage them to schedule a consultation. Schedule and confirm patient appointments based on the clinic's availability. Send reminders or make confirmation calls before scheduled appointments. Follow up with patients who missed or postponed their appointments and reschedule them. Conduct post-treatment calls to check on the patient's recovery and overall experience. Escalate clinical concerns or complaints to the dentist or clinic manager. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and lead status. Coordinate closely with the reception, clinical and marketing teams. Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate professionally at all times. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales or appointment scheduling. Experience in a clinic, hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Required Skills: Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Clear, polite and patient-friendly telephone etiquette. Strong follow-up and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records. Good coordination and time-management skills.
