Telecaller Internship at Engineer's Cradle

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits Identify customer needs and gather relevant information Handle objections professionally and schedule follow-up calls if needed Maintain a record of calls and update feedback in the CRM system Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine call scripts Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream) Prior experience in sales or calling
