Position: Telecaller - Insurance Sales Support Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Handle leads generated through our digital marketing channels. Verify and qualify customer data to ensure lead quality. Contact prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements. Explain our insurance products, key features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team for customer meetings. Regularly follow up with prospects until the case is successfully closed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM on a daily basis. This role is critical in converting digitally generated leads into business by ensuring timely customer engagement and seamless coordination principle companies with the ground sales team.
