About this role
Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our Tally-related services. Handling inbound inquiries and providing information about Tally solutions. Maintaining a database of client information and call records. Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for the sales team. Achieving daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas. Assisting clients with basic Tally-related queries. Requirements: Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Tally ERP software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field preferred.
