The company is expanding its customer outreach and is looking for a confident Sales Caller / Telecaller to support B2B and retail sales from a remote work environment. Responsibilities Call and follow up with B2B and retail leads through phone and WhatsApp. Explain product features, pricing, specifications, samples, and ordering information to prospective customers. Generate, qualify, and maintain sales enquiries while identifying genuine business opportunities. Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into product samples and confirmed orders. Maintain accurate daily calling, lead, and follow-up records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets. Work toward monthly calling, enquiry-generation, and sales conversion targets. Share customer feedback and recurring product questions with the sales team. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer communication; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Good Hindi communication and basic English proficiency. Confident, persuasive, and professional speaking ability with a customer-focused approach. Ability to use WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools. Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection for work from home. Strong follow-up discipline, record-keeping ability, and motivation to achieve targets.
