About the Company SoloDesk is growing its customer operations team and is building a dependable outbound calling function for an automobile campaign. The team values clear communication, disciplined execution, customer focus, and consistent performance. This is a work-from-home opportunity for an experienced Telecaller or Outbound Caller who can join immediately and contribute in a professional remote environment. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and prospects as part of the automobile campaign. Communicate campaign information clearly, handle questions professionally, and maintain a positive customer experience. Follow calling scripts, campaign processes, quality standards, and daily productivity expectations. Record call outcomes and customer information accurately in the required systems. Follow up with relevant prospects and work toward assigned performance goals. Coordinate with supervisors and share timely updates on customer feedback and campaign progress. Requirements Prior experience in telecalling, outbound calling, customer support, telesales, BPO, or a related customer operations role is preferred. Strong spoken communication, active listening, confidence on calls, and a performance-oriented approach. Ability to work remotely with reliable attendance, a suitable calling setup, and professional conduct. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role follows a six-day working schedule with rotational weekly offs and working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation is ₹20,000 per month, along with attractive performance incentives.
