About the Company Cellhex Aesthetics Pvt Ltd. is hiring a Telecaller to support client communication and lead follow-up for its life science, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and related product offerings, including third-party manufacturing solutions. Based at the company's office in New Delhi, this role focuses on speaking with prospective and existing business clients, understanding their requirements and helping the sales team maintain a consistent pipeline of enquiries. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective B2B customers. Manage IndiaMART enquiries and contact leads promptly. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations and orders. Prepare and send professional emails, quotations and product details. Maintain accurate calling, lead and follow-up records in MS Excel. Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and share order updates. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients. Prepare daily and weekly calling, sales and follow-up reports. Support the sales team in converting enquiries into business. Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and working familiarity with MS Excel. Good email drafting and client-handling abilities. Strong follow-up skills and a professional telephone manner. Relevant experience in telecalling is preferred. Experience handling IndiaMART is an advantage. Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, third-party manufacturing or similar product industries will be preferred. Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
