About the Company: AMSkills Ecademy Pvt. Ltd. (NEMI) is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller to drive admissions and ensure batch targets are achieved. Responsibilities: Working with leads shared by Channel Partners and maintaining regular engagement with existing enrolled students. Counselling students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admissions process. Following up with leads and converting inquiries into enrollments. Supporting documentation and admission closure processes. Assisting the Outreach team in education fairs, job fairs, seminars, and career events. Conducting promotional activities in colleges and institutions. Generating leads through on-ground marketing initiatives. Achieving monthly admissions targets. Sharing daily activity reports and weekly progress updates. Maintaining CRM / lead database accurately. Requirements: 0-5 years of experience in a similar role. Any Graduate with strong communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Confidence in interactions and presentations. Target-oriented mindset. Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred.
