Responsibilities Call prospective and existing clients to explain relevant clinic services and respond to initial enquiries. Understand customer needs, share accurate information, and schedule consultations or appointments. Maintain clear records of conversations, follow-ups, and appointment status. Conduct timely follow-ups and coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Handle calls professionally while meeting defined communication and follow-up targets. Requirements Freshers and candidates with 0-6 months of experience are welcome to apply. Strong verbal communication and a polite, customer-focused approach. Ability to speak confidently with prospective clients and explain information clearly. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn clinic services and internal processes. Female candidates are preferred for these openings. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with 3 openings: 2 positions in Delhi, serving the Vasant Vihar location, and 1 position in Gurgaon, Haryana. The salary is ₹20,000 per month.
