About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services. Maintain and update customer information in CRM or internal systems. Explain company products and services professionally. Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly calling reports. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and time management skills. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred.
