Professionally explain Hair Replacement services to potential customers. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and pending leads. Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and studio visits. Regularly update lead status and customer details in the CRM system. Manage and maintain proper follow-up schedules. Handle all WhatsApp and phone communication with customers. Coordinate seamlessly with the sales/studio team for appointment scheduling. Actively work towards achieving monthly conversion and revenue targets. Maintain professional and polite communication standards with all customers. Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Handling. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential. Comfortable and proficient in working with sales targets. Demonstrated good follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM/software is preferred. Fluency in Hindi communication is essential; working knowledge of English is preferred. MBA candidates will be preferred.
