Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the information provided by the company. Explain products, services, offers, and relevant details clearly and courteously. Understand customer requirements, respond to routine questions, and share accurate information. Record call outcomes, customer feedback, follow-ups, and lead status in the assigned system or tracker. Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required. Meet communication, follow-up, and performance expectations while maintaining a positive customer experience. Requirements Clear verbal communication and an ability to speak politely and confidently with customers. Good listening, follow-up, and basic record-keeping skills. Comfort with making regular calls and working from the Greater Noida office. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to update call records accurately. A customer-focused attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important for success in this position.
