Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings. Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and record interactions accurately in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to deliver a consistent brand message. Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions. Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
