About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and educate them about solar energy solutions. Identify and qualify leads for solar system sales in the Australian market. Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar products and services. Clearly explain product features, financial benefits, and return on investment. Handle customer objections and queries in a professional manner. Schedule follow-up calls and site visits for interested customers. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on Australian solar industry standards, rebates, and government incentives. Ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law and Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
